Plans. We will continue to disseminate knowledge: publish detailed cases in the Mindbox Journal, organize expert presentations, record courses. We will scale up research and special projects. We will make the annual Mindbox Conference even louder and more useful.
And we will also try to organize a School of CRM Marketers based on the collected knowledge. We hope to fill the market with strong personnel, who are now in great demand.

420 of us, 90 new employees. The average salary has grown by 19% over the year — to 266,939 ₽ net, the median salary — by 10%, to 220,000 ₽ net. The decile coefficient is 7.9 (last year — 5.7).
Internships and training. We hired 37 people as a result of paid internships: 29 developers and 8 customer service managers.
We launched the first stream of the basic management course to develop managers within the company. 12 aspiring managers have already completed the first module of the training.
24 people completed the Lead Developer School, 29 people completed the Product School. 23 changes to the product were made under the guidance of graduates.
Plans. We continue to develop internal schools, establish partnerships with universities. We will work on the HR brand and increase recognition in the market not only among clients, but also among applicants. Our plans include an advanced management course and the first public schools, to which we will invite students from outside Mindbox.
