Angela is a young freelancer with an online craft shop. From the beginning, her marketing strategy has been based on the internet. Mainly on her shop's blog, where she posts news about her products and the craft events she participates in.
On the other hand, Angela is also aware of the importance of social media for entrepreneurs. That is why she asked her friend Erica, who knew more about this topic, to investigate which networks would be best for her to participate in to give visibility to her store.
Following their internal communication czech republic phone data plan, Angela and Erica are meeting to review the findings of Erica's research. Angela now sees herself in the role of boss and begins the meeting by asking Erica the following question:
What are the keys to social media for entrepreneurs?
Erica answers that she has been following the success stories of small businesses in her sector on social media. She has thus been able to see that there is no fixed list of the best social networks for entrepreneurs; each company uses different social networks depending on the type of products it offers.
But what has become clear to him when comparing the different strategies is that he who tries to do too much does little. In other words, the first important piece of advice is:
It is better to focus on two or three social networks than to try to be present on all of them.
Angela agrees. The most important thing on social media for entrepreneurs is to establish direct communication with the public. If you tried to do this on too many networks at the same time you wouldn't be able to respond to your customers as quickly as you'd like and this would damage your online reputation.
