In almost every month I have an important content cornerstone, in some even two. A list like this works very well for me, as I work on my blog alone and check it regularly and mark completed items in green. If there are several people in an editorial team, then another solution is probably better. For example, you could use an online spreadsheet, such as Google Docs, and work on this document together. Or you can use an online collaboration tool, which I don't do myself for the reasons mentioned above.


There are some content planning plugins for WordPress (such as belarus phone number Editorial Calendar ) that could also be used, although these are more intended for daily content planning. There isn't really anything I like about annual planning itself. Perhaps you know of a plugin that is good for rough annual planning. Annual planning on paper is also possible, but again only if you are working alone on a website or blog. All too often, things like this are planned in advance and then no one takes care of it during the year.
