To ensure that no comment goes unnoticed, you should have an easy way to find unanswered comments and respond to them quickly.

Thrive Comments offers an easy way to do this with its comment moderation dashboard. In the next sections, we'll show you step by step how to filter unanswered comments by administrator:


Since Thrive Comments is part of the Thrive Suite, you will need to create an account on the Thrive Themes website .

The next step is to upload the Thrive Product Manager zip file to your WordPress website.

To do this, you can navigate to Plugins » Add New Plugin in your dashboard . After that, click on the Upload Plugin button. If you need help, you can read our guide on how to install a WordPress plugin .

After activation, you will see a “Product Manager” menu in your administration area. Let’s click on it.

On the next screen, Thrive will ask you to connect your account to your website, so click the “Login to my account” button.

Once connected, you can install Thrive Comments.

In the Thrive Dashboard, find the “Thrive Comments” section and check the “Activate Product” box.

You can then scroll to the bottom of the window and click the “Activate selected products (1)” button.
